Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Payments: All online consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may not be accommodated, and the original fee will still apply. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation, the session will be considered completed, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital services, all online consultations are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after the session has taken place. Scope of Service: Online consultations provide professional design guidance based on the information provided by the client. Any follow-up beyond the scheduled consultation will require additional services and fees. By booking an online consultation, you agree to these terms.
