Our 28th Street clients had us come back to design and manage their guest bathroom renovation. For this bathroom, we decided to go with something different and opted to not use any tile for the shower or walls.

We created a modern, serene, beachy spa for guests to come and experience when our clients had friends and family over. We plastered the walls will a custom concrete color we liked and used it for all the walls including the shower. The vanity we had custom made off of our designs to make the space more useful with proper storage for towels and toiletries.

To give a little bit of pop, we chose plumbing fixtures that would stand out in a soft way against the plaster color so it didn't feel cold. We finished the 2nd phase of the primary bedroom and did updated the exterior colors of the home. We brought this home, that was stuck in the 80's, up to date and timeless for our clients and their friends to enjoy for years to come.
