This project was a 5,200 square foot contemporary ground-up. LH.Designs was contracted to create a sleek vibe for the house.

We created a beachy, warm vibe while keeping it simple with clean lines and strong colors of black throughout. Then we brought in interesting materials, fixtures and lighting to make the drama subtle but powerful in the space.

 

Our project was a minimal space that blends into the beach scene without being too modern or cold. With a spectacular view, 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, open floor plan, 2 barbecues, 2 decks with views, and amenities that a multi-million dollar home of this magnitude deserves we gave our client a home that is comfortable for a Southbay lifestyle.
