Brentwood has been going through a revival with their multi-family buildings, and LH.Designs has been working on them in the area to help with the change.

For this project we helped with updating the facade of the building with a different style.

 

A new color palette, new shutters and roofing gave this dated building a  modern, French type look. We got rid of the beige and brought in a fresh, clean vibe that will last over time and new tenants.

​

With just some small changes, we created a big impact on a building that now stands out for the right reasons.

Brentwood has always been a great area, and we love being apart of the community as it keeps growing.
